This guide is designed to assist administrators in editing Free Format suppliers within the system. Please note that these instructions are specific to Free Format Only suppliers and do not apply to suppliers with a Catalogue in the marketplace.

How do I edit a free format supplier

  1. Access the Free Format Module: Navigate to the Free Format module from the homepage
  2. Select the Supplier: On the supplier selection page, find the supplier you wish to edit from the dropdown menu.
  3. Proceed to Supplier Details: Click "Next" to access the supplier details page.
  4. Edit Supplier Details: On the supplier details page, you can edit any information related to a supplier
  5. Click Save Changes to save any edits you have made

How do I deactivate a Free Format Supplier?

To deactivate a Free Format supplier, follow the same initial steps as editing a supplier:

  1. Access the Free Format Module: Navigate to the Free Format module.
  2. Select the Supplier: On the supplier selection page, Find the supplier you wish to deactivate from the dropdown menu.
  3. Proceed to Supplier Details: Click "Next" to access the supplier details page.
  4. Deactivate the Supplier: On the supplier details page, the option to deactivate the supplier is in the top right of the page.
  5. Click Save Changes
