Why join the OneAdvanced supplier network?
OneAdvanced's Purchasing Marketplace have been supporting organisations for over 20 years. We operate in a variety of sectors, including Higher Education, Public Sector Research, Local Government, Housing and Construction with over 29 million products available to 175,000 users.

Being part of the OneAdvanced Supplier Network provides you with many benefits:
- It’s free: there is no charge to join the network or use the system
- You are in control: suppliers are able to manage their own information and pricing which appears on Purchasing
- New opportunities: once you join the Network, all our buyers have the ability to connect with you, boosting new business opportunities and strengthening current relationships
- Order visibility and e-invoicing: once you become part of the network you will be able to track orders, quotes and invoices, giving you better visibility and saving time from otherwise manual processes
How do I register?
Registering on the OneAdvanced Supplier Network is easy, all you need to do is follow these simple steps:
- Follow the invitation link to set-up your account (left image) or self-register directly on either our UK Registration Page or Australia Registration Page (right image)

- Confirm your email address to activate your account
- Complete your company profile
- My Profile: You have five tabs to complete from left to right within My Profile. The fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be populated. The fifth tab is to agree to the Terms & Conditions; please select the tick box which appears at the bottom once the terms & conditions have been read and save the changes
- My Products: Going to the left hand menu, select the My Products tab. You have three tabs to complete from left to right within My Products (although only Products is mandatory). Here, you must select at least one relevant product category (UNSPSC) that broadly describes your catalogue:
- To do so you can either search for a UNSPSC code using the bar, or click into the dropdown options
- You can select one or multiple entries (the minimum requirement is one), then click Add
- Once a UNSPSC code(s) is chosen, you need to mark one of them as 'Default'. This can be done either by hovering over the far right of an entry clicking the blue 'make default' option, OR once you have clicked Add scrolling back to the top of the page and expanding the 'Selected Products (UNSPSC)' box and clicking your chosen UNSPSC code to mark it dark grey:
- Then select Save Changes at the bottom of the page
If the Save Changes button is greyed out / you are unable to click on it, this indicates that a default UNSPSC code has not been chosen. Please follow the steps outlined in iii above. - The status bar on the top right hand side of the My Profile will change to a green 'You are now able to trade' message once your profile is fully complete (you will also receive email confirmation too) meaning you have successfully joined the network:
- My Profile: You have five tabs to complete from left to right within My Profile. The fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be populated. No further action is required at this stage; if you have been invited directly by one of our buyers, they will be notified that you have joined the network and this will prompt them to formally request to connect with you. Alternatively, if you have self-registered online, you will now appear in the onboarding module available to all buyers meaning they can also request to connect with you whenever they wish.
Handy Tips
Complete as much information as you can... this will enhance your profile and make it easier for buyers to find you, and more importantly, get to know more about you!
VAT number: please check this is up to date when completing your profile as we use this information to validate you on to our Network.
My Products: be specific to allow buyers to search/filter and find you by products and services that you sell!
Products (UNSPSC): whilst you can select multiple UNSPSC codes you need to identify a default that is representative of the majority of your sales.
