Why join the OneAdvanced supplier network?

Being part of the OneAdvanced Supplier Network provides you with many benefits:

  • It’s free: there is no charge to join the network or use the system
  • You are in control: suppliers are able to manage their own information and pricing which appears on Purchasing
  • New opportunities: once you join the Network, all our buyers have the ability to connect with you, boosting new business opportunities and strengthening current relationships
  • Order visibility and e-invoicing: once you become part of the network you will be able to track orders, quotes and invoices, giving you better visibility and saving time from otherwise manual processes

How do I register?

Registering on the OneAdvanced Supplier Network is easy, all you need to do is follow these simple steps:

  1. Follow the invitation link to set-up your account (left image) or self-register directly on our Registration Page (right image)
  1. Confirm your email address to activate your account
  2. Complete your company profile
    1. My Profile: You have five tabs to complete from left to right within My Profile. The fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be populated. The fifth tab is to agree to the Terms & Conditions; please select the tick box which appears at the bottom once the terms & conditions have been read and save the changes
    2. My Products: You have three tabs to complete from left to right within My Products. The fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be populated:
    3. The status bar on the top right hand side of the My Profile will change to a green 'You are now able to trade' message once your profile is fully complete (you will also receive email confirmation too) meaning you have successfully joined the network:

No further action is required at this stage; if you have been invited directly by one of our buyers, they will be notified that you have joined the network and this will prompt them to formally request to connect with you. Alternatively, if you have self-registered online, you will now appear in the onboarding module available to all buyers meaning they can also request to connect with you whenever they wish.

Handy Tips

Complete as much information as you can... this will enhance your profile and make it easier for buyers to find you, and more importantly, get to know more about you!

VAT number: please check this is up to date when completing your profile as we use this information to validate you on to our Network.

My Products: be specific to allow buyers to search/filter and find you by products and services that you sell!

Products (UNSPSC): whilst you can select multiple UNSPSC codes you need to identify a default that is representative of the majority of your sales.
