This will be your personalized hub, and we have made it easy to get support, manage requests and stay up to date.

Getting Started

Getting started is easy, simply follow the link in your welcome e-mail, this was sent along with your password.

If you have already registered and your password has expired, please use the "Forgot Password" feature and enter your User ID to complete the process.

Note: If you have not received an email, please contact your administrator on your account to register.

  1. Once logged in, you will land on your customer dashboard screen.
  2.  Your customer dashboard is effectively a control center where you can see your active requestsaccess support and explore resources.
  3. At the top right, you can see your profile for managing preferences.

Raising support cases

  1. Click on “Request Something/Requests” to raise a new support case.

  1. From the categories, select your request type:  
    Account ManagementBilling and Payments, or Feedback / Complaints Note : there will be additional options/features for admin and contract manager roles.

   

  1. Simply select the type, fill in the details.
  2. Click Submit

Knowledge Base

If you are looking for quick answers, our knowledge base is full of helpful articles, guides, and FAQs.

Simply select ‘Knowledge’ in the two locations shown below on your dashboard to explore whether you need step by step troubleshooting instructions, want to learn more about a feature, or are looking for best practices.

This self-service library is available 24/7.

Customizing Your Customer Portal

Setting up the portal for your needs is simple

  1. For example: you can save your frequently used articles, requests or actions as favorite's by selecting the heart icon on the relevant page.

  1. You will then be able to access them quickly under My Favorites tab.
