How to raise a Support case?

  1.    When you click on "Request Something" from the homepage, you will be directed to the page displayed in the screenshot below.
  2. Fill out the case form with the relevant details, ensuring you select the appropriate product. (Note: If you are unable to see the name of the product, select one from the available options and mention the exact product name on the subject line)
  3. Once filled in all the details click submit.

Note: You can raise different types of support cases depending on your requirement.

Checking The Progress of a support case

You can monitor the status and receive updates on your support case.

 To view the status of a support case,

  1. Select My Lists to view the status of each request you've submitted.

  1. Each request shows its current status, the time of the last update, and any actions needed.

  1. To add more information, you can add comments directly in the request.
  2. Once a request is resolved, you will have the option to accept or reject the resolution. You will have the chance to rate your experience. This helps us improve our service and deliver the best support possible.

Contacting us by Phone

  1. You can reach us by phone on the numbers at the bottom of this article.
  2. When you call us, you will first be asked to input your account number and your Unique PIN. 
  3. You can find all of these details in your profile, as shown in the screenshots below.

  • When you are asked for your account number, omit any leading zeroes - for example, ACCT00012345 should be input as 12345, followed by the hash sign #.
