Supplier: How do I update my company name and logo?

This guide covers how to update your company name and logo.

  1. Select the File upload tab on the Supplier portal home page.
  2. Select ‘Define file type’, and then choose ‘Logo file – Including GIF or JPEG’ from the dropdown options:

Once you upload your logo, OneAdvanced will be notified and complete the upload for you.

You can check on the status of your update on the Upload Status tab.

Amending your company name

To amend your company name, please contact the Customer Support team.

You can contact Customer Support by raising a case on the OneAdvanced Customer Portal or by calling 0330 343 5000.

If you are ringing us, please ensure you have your unique User Pin to hand to help us verify your identity. Your user pin can be found in your Profile in the Customer Portal.

If you do not have access to the OneAdvanced Customer Portal, please contact your Customer Portal Admin within your organisation who can grant you access.
