Managing contracted Items

  1. From the Contract Module, locate the local contract you need to review and click the blue action cog button to enter the contract
  2. Scroll to the Manage Items section
  3. The Filter box allows you to find a particular product by the catalogue number or description. Results returned will be exact matches and partial matches, with exact matches appearing at the top of the list.
  4. To Add new products either download and complete the template (follow the instructions provided on How do I create a local contract?), or if adding individual items use the Add box, enter the catalogue number and click the + button. The item will appear within the list below and you can then assign a Lot if needed by selecting the relevant line and clicking the + Add to Lot button
  5. To Delete individual items from the local contract, locate the product(s) (using the Filter box if needed), select the relevant line(s) (tick box) and click Delete Selected. Alternatively to remove ALL products from the contract, click Delete All on the top right hand side of the section

Exporting contract data

Item level exports

To export product data from a live local contract, go to the Export Items section where you can select to export Contracted and / or Not Contracted items:

Once chosen, select the Export button. This will produce a downloadable export in the Recent Audit log section at the bottom of the page. The export will contain the following columns:

To export out the contract details go to the Export Contract section and click the Export button:
