Supplier: How do I request a new supplier portal login to be created?

Requesting a new supplier portal login

If you need to request for a new starter or colleague to be set up with login access to the supplier portal, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team by:

Please ensure the person requesting the new logins is already registered on the system (i.e. has their own login)
  • Raising a case via our Customer Portal here. (If you require access to the Customer Portal or wish to know more about its benefits, please register here).

  • Email: marketplace.support@oneadvanced.com

Please state which supplier account you are contacting us from, and provide the email address(es) of who needs a login creating.

The new login will need to follow the password reset process, and then set up Multi-Factor Authentication on their account.

If the link for the password reset expires, a new one can requested by clicking the 'Forgotten password?' link on the login page
