Checking The Progress of a technical case

You can monitor the status and receive updates on your technical case.

To view the status of a technical case:

  2. Each request shows its current status, the time of the last update, and any actions needed.

  1. To add more information, you can add comments directly in the request.
  2. Once a request is resolved, you will have the option to accept or reject the resolution within the technical case. If you click accept this will allow the case to be closed.
