How do I find out if a product is currently visible to my buyers?

You can find out if an individual item is visible to your buyers by searching for it using the search bar at the top of the supplier homepage.

  1. From the supplier portal, go to the search bar which can be found at the top of the home page
  2. Type in the product you wish to check (this can be a catalogue number, manufacturer number, product description or key word) and click the search icon
  1. Click on the item to open up further details
  2. On the product page, scroll down until you can see both the 'Prices' and 'Buyer status' tables:
    1. The 'Prices' table shows the pricing you currently have in place for that item for your different buyers as well as providing the option to view its price history:
Please be aware that seeing a price of 'POA' (price on application) can mean a number of things. It could be that it was the 'price' loaded, OR that a price has never been loaded for this buyer, OR that a price was loaded previously but that the buyer rejected it as part of the approvals process.
    1. The 'Buyer status' table shows the status of this product for each of your buyers. It identifies whether they are currently visible, whether they are set to 'preferred' status by the buyer, and the reason for its visible status:
Please note that procurement teams at your buyer(s) can amend the status of products on their marketplace to one of three options: Selected (visible to end users), Preferred (these items are marked by a star and receive a boost in the search results), or Deselected (not visible to end-users). They can change the statuses of an individual product, a full catalogue, or a category / super domain.
