Buyer Admin - How do I create new end user accounts (basket punchout)?

This guide explains how new end user accounts (basket punchout) are created.

End users are created silently, due to the configuration work that is completed as part of your initial implementation.

When a user punches out to your Purchasing marketplace, your finance system is configured to send access credentials to us, along with the individual’s Finance System user ID and their email address.

OneAdvanced carries out a search on the system to validate whether these details already exist.

If they do, the user is directed to their account homepage, linked to their spend history (subject to your organisation’s configuration).

If you are unsure if you are set up for silent integration and need help creating new accounts please contact our Customer Support Team by raising a case on the OneAdvanced Customer Portal or by calling 0330 343 5000.

If you are ringing us, please ensure you have your unique User Pin to hand to help us verify your identity. Your user pin can be found in your Profile in the Customer Portal.

If you do not have access to the OneAdvanced Customer Portal, please contact your Customer Portal Admin within your organisation who can grant you access.
