If you are uploading products for NHS Trusts, please ensure that you complete the eClass codes column in the data template (column Z). End users cannot order items unless the correct eClass codes are loaded against them.
When uploading the file on the Catalogue Management tab, please ensure you select the 'eClass Verified’ tick-box under the 'Options' section or the eClass codes will be ignored:
