Catalogue Management tab: How do I use the filtering options

New filtering options within the Catalogue Management tab

From the Catalogue Management tab, you are able to filter the results to find specific uploads which have been made.

  1. You can choose a date range to display the jobs by
Note: It will default to the last 3 months of uploads until you change the date/filtering options
  1. There is also an option to select My jobs and All jobs
  • Selecting My jobs will display all uploads made via your log-in ID within the date range specified
  • Selecting All jobs will display all uploads for everyone within your organisation within the date range specified
  1. The search bar enables you to search for an upload using any of the following criteria:
  • Job ID
  • Upload user
  • Upload type
  • Status
