Supplier: How do I amend catalogue pricing?

AD team Updated by AD team

How to make price updates to your catalogue

To make updates to the pricing of existing products in your catalogue, the standard price template (or volume price break template if applicable) will need to be completed. Follow the same steps that you would have done when uploading the prices in the first instance.

Please note that the price template will contain the price list names for ALL buyers that you are connected to. If you only want to update the price for selected buyers, delete the other buyer columns you do not wish to include.
  • Prices can only be uploaded where products already exist, so do not add new products to this file or the system will reject the upload.
  • On completion, ensure your file is saved as a .xls, .xlsx or .csv before uploading this via the Catalogue Management tab.
  • For guidance on how to upload a price file please review the How do I provide catalogue pricing guide.
