Registering to use the OneAdvanced Service Centre

Getting Started with the OneAdvanced Service Centre

To register for the service centre, you will need to know your registration code. If you have not already been provided with this code, please contact your company administrator.

If you are unsure of who your company administrator is, please contact portal.support@oneadvanced.com

Registering for the service centre

  1. Navigate to URL link: Customer Service Portal - Customer Support
     
  2. From within the service centre select Register.

  1. Complete the mandatory details:

  1. Check the box - I agree to the Privacy Policy and Community Terms and Conditions.

  1. Then check the box I am not a robot.

  1. Select submit.

  1. A pop up will appear at the top of your screen to say your request has been submitted and is pending review. One of your company administrators will need to approve your request for access.

  1. Once your Company Administrator approves the access request, you will receive a registration email.

Confirm your details

Once this has been completed, you will receive a registration email and you will need to confirm your registration details.

  1. Select the hyperlink from within the email.

  1. Enter your username or email address.

  1. Type in the CAPTCHA details shown on the screen.

  1. Enter your Email Address.

  1. An email will be now sent for you to reset your password.

Create a secure password

  1. Select the link provided.

  1. Create your new password, ensuring this meets all the criteria as stated below:

  1. Retype your password.
  2.  Select reset password.
  3. Your password has now been reset. You can now login to the Service Centre by selecting Log in on the top right of your screen.
